Event Policies & COVID Updates

 Pomona Event Policies

The following are currently in place for ALL weddings & events at Pomona:

  • ​Pomona can operate at full capacity of 225 guests

  • Venue staff will follow the guidelines the client elects to enforce for their requirement of vaccination/negative test result 

  • Smoking is not permitted in or around the venue. Smoking must occur in designated smoking areas only.

  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and grounds for removal from the premises

NYS Event Guidelines

As of June 15, 2021, New York State has removed all COVID Guidelines for weddings and events!

If any of our couples elect to enforce any guidelines, Pomona will support our couples' decision to do so; however, there are no restrictions in place from the State at this time.

The NYS Event Guidelines were published and effective immediately on 6/15/21. Please check this page regularly for updates.
